Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining quality and consistency
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimal wait times

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with food preparation and serving techniques is a plus
Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS; solid cash handling skills required
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory checks
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
