Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Chat Supportto join our team at our Mississauga office. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is a fully in office position at our office located at 77 City Centre Drive, Mississauga, ON.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and qualified manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
Assist customers with account-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain explicit and accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow established customer service procedures and communication guidelines.
Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.




Collaborate with other departments when additional assistance is required.
Follow up on customer inquiries when necessary.
Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous customer service, chat support, call centre, or administrative experience is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations.
Comfortable working with computers, web-based platforms, and customer support systems.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
