We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Lottery Kiosk Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing lottery transactions, handling cash accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming kiosk setting.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Process lottery ticket purchases and other authorized transactions accurately
Handle cash, debit/credit transactions, and daily balancing
Check and validate lottery tickets according to applicable procedures
Assist customers with general lottery-related inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
Follow all company policies and applicable lottery regulations
Monitor inventory and restock products when required
Maintain accurate transaction and cash-handling records
Report discrepancies or issues to management promptly

Requirements
Previous retail, customer service, cashier,



or lottery experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable handling cash and financial transactions
Basic computer/POS skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Must meet all applicable age and regulatory requirements for lottery sales
