Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service

Requirements
Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the shift, and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and serving

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
