Codentrel, a leader in IT, telecom, and AI-driven solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
Analyze project data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and update project plans
Support resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting
Track and follow up on project deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
Ensure projects follow internal governance and compliance standards
Requirements Education & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Project Management, or related field
2+ years of relevant project coordination or analysis experience
Project management certification (CAPM or equivalent) is an asset
Technical Skills & Knowledge Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus)
Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Soft Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Detail-oriented and highly motivated
Work Conditions Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines
Some travel may be required
