Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, creating an inviting atmosphere for breakfast service
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to support kitchen staff when needed
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and providing correct change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including table clearing and resetting for current guests




Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities while providing attentive guest services

Requirements
Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred, especially in breakfast or hospitality settings
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts
Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team in a quick-paced environment
