Position Summary

The Manager, Data Analytics supports the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize business performance. Responsibilities include pricing, promotional strategies, market analysis, web analytics, and reporting, fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive insights and decision-making.

What you'll do

We are seeking an analytics leader to drive the development of our enterprise semantic models and AI-enabled analytics capabilities. This role will design, build, and maintain scalable semantic models to standardize business metrics across all Business Units, ensuring consistent and trusted data consumption.

In parallel, this individual will lead the application of Generative AI within our BI ecosystem—enabling AI-assisted dashboard creation, insight generation, and advanced analytical workflows. They will also design and build AI agents to automate repetitive analytics tasks and streamline processes within the Analytics & Insights organization.

This role requires deep technical expertise in semantic modeling, BI architecture, and applied AI solutions, along with strong business partnership skills. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable building production-grade solutions, and excited to modernize how insights are defined, generated, and operationalized across the enterprise.

The Manager may identify gaps in reporting infrastructure, implement best practices, and introduce automation.



Training and supporting other departments in self-service reporting and maintaining vendor relationships for analytics tools are also key responsibilities.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential, working with all business units to ensure alignment and integration of analytics initiatives. The Manager may present data and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

- Semantic data modeling expertise using Google LookML or equivalent
- BI architecture and dashboard development using GenAI tools
- Applied Generative AI within analytics workflows
- AI agent design and workflow automation
- SQL and data transformation proficiency
- Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration

The pay range for this position is $91900,00 - $ ,00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
