We are currently recruiting a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client, to oversee and coordinate food service operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to standards in their establishment. If you have strong leadership and hospitality skills, wed like to introduce you to this supervisory role.

Requirements-

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Setting-

Rapid food outlets or concession

Tasks-

Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control
Address customers complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Establish work schedules
