Reporting to the CEO, you will be the primary contact for client leaders and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams in strategy, content, and media. Your leadership will facilitate upsell opportunities while managing account profitability and risk.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own satisfaction and growth of client accounts
• Lead strategic client interactions and communications
• Identify and champion upsell opportunities




• Manage account forecasting and profitability
• Mentor Producers and Directors on client engagement

Requirements:
• 10+ years in agency account management experience
• Solid understanding of digital marketing disciplines
• Proficient in analytics tools and data interpretation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience with budgeting and scope management
