This is an individual-contributor role at the center of the vertical, not a people-management position: you won't have direct reports, but you'll coordinate closely with channel leads (email, paid media, creative, analytics) to make sure every NFP campaign is planned,



executed, optimized, and reported on with consistency and rigor across a diverse partner roster. What You'll Do Campaign Oversight Own the end-to-end campaign calendar for NFP partners, from kickoff through wrap-up Partner with channel leads to ensure deliverables (email sends, paid media, landing pages, creative assets) are scoped, scheduled, and delivered on time Monitor campaign performance in-flight and flag optimization opportunities to the right channel owner Serve as the connective tissue between partner-facing
