- The candidate would be responsible for cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
- The candidate will be required to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- The candidate will be required to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- The candidate would be responsible for operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
- The candidate will be required to place and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
- The candidate will be expected to keep the dish area clean and organised.
- The candidate will be required to sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
- The candidate will be required to maintain clean or dry floors throughout the shift.
- The candidate would be in charge of keeping trash cans clean throughout the shift and removing full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- The candidate would be responsible for reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
- The candidate must ensure that work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
- The candidate will be required to check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues.




- The candidate would be responsible for preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
- The candidate must ensure that there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- The candidate would be in charge of maintaining cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents) and placing orders as needed.
- The candidate will be required to notify the manager if the temperature of the dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below the safety standard.
