This position requires a loving caregiver who can connect with a culturally rich individual speaking only Greek. You will assist her in maintaining her independence while providing needed supervision and cognitive engagement. Experience with dementia care is highly preferred for this ongoing role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging companionship and conversations in Greek
• Ensure safety while fostering independence
• Conduct activities for mental engagement daily
• Remind and guide as needed for memory support
• Communicate health and well-being updates to family
Requirements:
• Fluent in Greek to effectively communicate
• Experienced with cognitive support in dementia
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Dependable and proactive in care situations
• Availability for 3-4 visits, 2-3 hours each
