Prep Supervisor - A.M Shift (Supervisory Role)

This supervisory role is for a Prep Supervisor during the A.M Shift. You will oversee a team of preppers, ensuring quality execution of menu items, delegating workload based on urgency, and meeting lunch and dinner deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently while following company specifications.


• Actively lead shifts, supporting senior leadership and managing budgetary goals.


• Contribute to positive team morale through contests and shift support.


• Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing daily costs.

Key Requirements

• Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with solid culinary production skills.


• Desire to develop and motivate others to perform at their best.


• Committed to continuous improvement, energy, positivity, and inclusiveness.






• Previous culinary leadership experience considered an asset.
