You will support patients, deliver screenings, and promote wellness in a patient-centered environment. As part of our team, you will work with registered nurses and clinicians, using MS Office in daily tasks, and uphold skilled standards with the CLHA.
A solid focus on prevention and community health is essential. Experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
