YMCA Hamilton | Burlington | Brantford is seeking a Before and After School Program Lead to support a large after‑school program for 3.8 to 12‑year‑olds. You will guide staff, ensure protected, enriching activities, and coordinate with schools, parents, and community partners.
Reporting to the Manager, Early Learning & Child Care, you will help plan daily activities, monitor safety, and uphold YMCA policies and regulations, while working a split shift and flexibility for early mornings and evenings
