Leveraging your five years of relevant experience, you will interact with management and union representatives, providing essential insights on grievances and collective bargaining. Represent the Board at grievances and arbitration hearings
Research grievance facts and draft necessary responses
Collaborate with the bargaining team during negotiations




Provide guidance to senior staff on labour relations issues
Facilitate training sessions for management and stakeholdersRequirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or similar
At least five years of labour relations experience
Proficient in employment law and collective bargaining
Robust negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
