Shannex Incorporated in Halifax is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our Maintenance team, reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager. This role keeps residential and commercial properties secure and well maintained by performing general repairs, preventative maintenance, and seasonal grounds work.
You will respond to maintenance requests in a courteous and timely manner, perform repairs, use PM Worx to manage work orders, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
