Working closely with National Account Managers, Bell Marketing and partner marketing teams, the role helps execute initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and sales performance. This position provides hands-on experience in campaign execution, promotional planning, partner communications, pricing coordination and performance analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport National Account Managers in planning, coordinating and executing marketing and promotional programs that drive awareness, engagement and salesCoordinate retailer requests, communications, timelines, approvals, pricing submissions, and issue resolutionMaintain promotional calendars, trackers,
project plans and marketing assets to ensure timely executionPrepare presentations, business reviews, scorecards and account materialsSupport the development and execution of retail marketing plans, campaigns and partner-specific initiativesCoordinate campaign communications, creative assets, launch activities and retailer updatesAct as a liaison between internal teams and retail partners, ensuring timely communication and escalation of issuesAnalyze campaign performance, sales results, retailer feedback and market trends to generate insights and recommendationsSupport retailer events, product launches and partner activationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reporting and execution effectivenessCritical QualificationsDiploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience1 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales/account support, communications or project coordinationUnderstanding of marketing principles, campaign execution and customer engagementStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation developmentComfortable analyzing data and translating results into insights and recommendationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDetail-oriented, proactive and dependable, with robust problem-solving and follow-through skillsInterest in retail marketing, customer experience, consumer behavior and national account partnershipsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Power BI, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsWorking ConditionsFlexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends,
