Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members efficiently
• Manage phone calls and booking requests
• Provide assistance on fitness machines and services
• Address member concerns with professionalism
• Conduct cleaning and maintenance of the club workplace
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification needed
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience highly valued
• Strong fitness industry knowledge advantageous
