Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Prepare and bake donuts, muffins and other bakery products according to established recipes and production requirements.
Prepare icings, frostings and toppings.
Frost, finish and decorate baked goods.
Operate bakery equipment and machinery.
Ensure baked products meet established quality and freshness standards.
Follow daily bakery production schedules
Complete and maintain daily bakery production records, including production times, temperatures, quantities and product waste.
Monitor bakery inventory and supplies and identify items that need to be ordered.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and follow food-safety procedures.

Requirements
Completion of high school or Canadian equivalent.
Previous baking or food-production experience is an asset.
Ability to follow recipes and production schedules.
Ability to follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
