As a Host, you will be the face of Fit4Less, responsible for keeping the gym clean and safe while providing superior customer service. By engaging with members, promoting amenities, and assisting with membership management, you will contribute to a supportive and inviting fitness community. Ensure every visit feels welcoming through your dedication to service and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily cleaning tasks according to guidelines
• Welcome members and assist with inquiries
• Educate on memberships and promote amenities




• Collaborate with management to address service issues
• Uphold a high standard of cleanliness for all club areas
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year in customer service or volunteer roles
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Certification in WHMIS and First Aid appreciated
• Ability to perform under pressure
