TCU Place is seeking an experienced

BuildingOperations Supervisor

to oversee the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building systems. This permanent, full-time position provides technical and supervisory leadership, coordinates maintenance activities and contractors, supports preventative maintenance programs, and ensures the facility operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, life-safety, and building automation systems. Plan, assign, supervise, and inspect maintenance work to ensure safe and efficient completion. Perform and oversee maintenance, installation, and repair of building systems, equipment, fixtures, and structures. Coordinate and monitor work completed by internal and external trades and contractors. Assign and track preventative and corrective maintenance through CMMS/SAP. Assist with prioritizing operational and capital work. Lead safety meetings and maintain required safety, incident, and compliance documentation. Promote a secure and respectful workplace and ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies,



and procedures. Respond to facility issues and prioritize work based on safety and operational needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Grade 12 education. Two-year post-secondary diploma in Power Engineering or equivalent. Valid

Fourth-Class Power Engineer's Licence with TSASK . Valid

Refrigeration Engineer's Licence with TSASK . Minimum

five years of progressively responsible facility operations experience , including HVAC, building systems maintenance, and mechanical operations. Minimum

three years of supervisory experience . Valid Saskatchewan

Class 5 Driver's Licence

and ability to provide a satisfactory SGI driver's abstract. Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR C/AED certification. Ability to work evenings and weekends as required and participate in an

on-call rotation . Ability to obtain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check upon offer of employment. Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
