You'll be responsible for assigning duties, compliance with safety protocols, and quality inspections of completed work. The organized two-week on, two-week off night shift schedule allows you to focus intensely on project outcomes while ensuring your team's wellbeing.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project execution for performance and safety
Schedule employee duties and track idle time
Conduct quality inspections on completed tasks

Must possess a class 5 license
