Contribute to patient satisfaction as a Hospital Service Technician at LOC Medical in the Greater Toronto Area. Your role will focus on service issue resolution and equipment maintenance.

As a Hospital Service Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining healthcare technology within various facilities. This in office position includes collaboration with remote teams and maintaining meticulous documentation. Ideally, you will be traveling between healthcare sites such as Scarborough Health Network and Trillium Health Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair interactive patient systems on-site
• Act as a support team member for remote operations
• Keep accurate records in line with company practices




• Provide maintenance for devices like tablets and television systems
• Travel throughout the GTA for facility service needs

Requirements:
• Significant experience in repairing and installing devices
• Experience in a hospital setting is advantageous
• Must explicit a criminal background check
• Documentation of vaccinations needed per healthcare regulations
• Use of personal transport for job-related travel
