What You'll Do:1. TailoringEnsure finished product reflects HR quality and timing standardsAlter garments according to pin or chalk marks made by FitterPerforming special request services2. SafetyMaintain a clean, safe and fully supplied working areaClean equipment and surrounding area upon completion3. TeamworkPromote positive working relationshipsRespect the skill levels of all store contributors4. Human Resources/ LeadershipSchedule Tailoring AssociatesMaintain organizational structure in the Tailor ShopInitiate ways to increase shop efficiency5. Administration Management of Tailor ShopEnsure the smooth operation of tailoring servicesManage rush orders6. WorkloadEnsure appropriate distribution of workloadUnderstand and assess shop capacity and expectations Here’s what we are looking for:At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of tailors/alterationists with a focus on ensuring deadlines are met and quality and productivity remain high so as to meet and exceed business goals.Knowledge and expertise in altering and tailoring luxury menswear garments including jackets, pants,
