We are looking to fill the position of Repair Technician at FernieAlpine Resort . Reporting to the Rental & Repair Supervisor, the idealcandidate will be an excellent communicator, positive attitude, team player,and have previous experience working as a ski and snowboard repair technician. You Will:

- Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for bothguests and staff
- Assist and upsell guests at every chance
- Perform all aspects of ski/snowboard repair service includingdaily operations maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Provide quality repair service to ensure companygoals are met and guest expectations are exceeded
- Be responsible for expertly providing our guests withtunes, repairs, binding mounts, while using the machinery and tools in asafe manner
- Maintain equipment fleet including, maintenance,repairs and recording data
- Assist in generating sales, and accurately chargingfor services provided
- Maintain and contribute to the corporate values ofRCR and Safety Management Program.

You Have:

- 2 years experience in a ski resort repair shop (an asset)
- Knowledge and skill in POS systems and daily cashreconciliation
- Experience working in a guest service-focusedenvironment
- Binding certifications (an asset)
