Competitive compensation with initial hourly rate transitioning to fee for service model as caseload increases; ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually

Education allowance (up to $1000) to support post graduate knowledge development and skill acquisition

Regular scheduled mentoring with experienced Physiotherapists who have decades (30+ years each) of outpatient expertise and varied clinical skillsets

Collaborative and supportive work workplace with regular professional inservice initiatives (eg. regular 'lunch and learn' activities)

60 minute assessments with 30 minute follow up appointments
