Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Childcare Centre Supervisor to lead their team and operations in Kimberley . This pivotal role involves managing the daily functions of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. You will be responsible for staff supervision, curriculum implementation, parent engagement, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep commitment to early childhood education within the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
Supervise, mentor, and support childcare staff, including conducting performance reviews and facilitating career development.
Implement and monitor the early learning curriculum, ensuring it meets developmental needs and educational standards.
Manage parent relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and fostering solid partnerships.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, conducting regular safety checks.




Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and resource allocation for the centre.

Requirements
Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a childcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and early learning frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage staff effectively and foster a positive team workplace.
Demonstrated ability to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in a childcare setting in Kimberley.
