Working 37.5 hours a week, including evenings or Saturdays, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at our main site in Toronto. The position mainly focuses on sexual and reproductive health, emphasizing advocacy and support for racially diverse and marginalized communities. Your contributions will aid in achieving health equity.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive health care to youth clients • Facilitate health education and community resources • Perform clinical procedures like IUD insertions • Advocate for clients across health systems • Maintain meticulous records and quality assurance
Requirements: • BScN and RN(EC) license in positive standing • 3 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner • Familiarity with youth health and sexual issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to diversity and anti-racism in care
