Project Coordinator Tomlinson Infrastructure is currently seeking a Project Coordinator. This position reports to the Project Manager, while also remaining accountable to the Construction Manager. The Project Coordinator assists in all aspects of the project: scheduling, submissions, customer relations, contract management, change management, project controls, quality control and safety. The incumbent supports Superintendents and Foremen with coordination of field activities (e.g., ensure as-built information is captured and submitted). Location:Kingston, ONVacancy Type:Replacement

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and submit required project plans and submissions
Produce traffic management plans, tracking completed work and extras




Assistwith preparation of contract schedules and tracking of daily productions
Receive and process construction drawings, construction documents and shop drawings
Compile monthly payment quantities
Organize traffic control for large jobs
Assist withchange of works and change proposal process
Monitor job costs and approve invoices
Order materials and daily schedules
Obtain permits and monitor compliance
Order and process underground utility locates
Eligible to participate on the Joint Health and Safety Committee
Communicate with clients and manage subs
