With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.This is a full-time, permanent role based in Manitoba, Saskatchewan or Alberta and is best suited for candidates with grain handling and elevator operators experience who have demonstrated progressive responsibility.As Operations Manager Trainee, the successful candidate will gain the knowledge and understanding of the various responsibilities required to successfully step into the role of an Operations Manager. Your role focuses on developing leadership, operational understanding, and communication skills through a blended training approach, including personal mentorship, on-the-job training, e-learning modules, virtual sessions and webinars.What You’ll LearnThesuccessful candidate will gain experience and exposure in areas such as:Inventory managementShipping,
