University of Victoria’s Island Medical Program is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide frontline support for students, faculty and visitors at the UVic MSB in Victoria, BC. You will work with the IMP team, coordinate with MDUP sites and Island Health, and assist with exam invigilation when required.
This 1.0 FTE CUPE 951 term position requires a secondary school diploma with at least 3 years’ experience, robust communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CMS tools.
