You will foster close collaboration with Engineering to streamline workflow delivery and integration.Key Responsibilities:
Own the Encore product backlog with prioritized user stories
Translate internal and external business needs into explicit requirements
Ensure workflows align with production workplace usage




Remove blockers and resolve conflicts during development
Validate delivered features against acceptance and operational criteriaRequirements:
3–5+ years experience as a Product Owner
Background in defining requirements for operational software
