Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do: Innovation Trust Entrepreneurship Customer Focus What You’ll Be Contributing: Consolidate monthly financial results of Hypertec Group entities, including foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations Build, maintain, and improve financial models and templates using Vena Solutions and other financial tools to support month end, budgeting and forecasting Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for internal and external reporting packages (MD&A, quarterly stakeholder reports), including variance analysis, trend analysis, and other key performance insights Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations Extract, transform, and interpret financial data from multiple systems (SAP, Vena, etc.) to create meaningful insights for decision-making Support the external audit process, including the preparation of annual financial statements and necessary supporting documentation Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting,



leveraging financial systems and other automation tools Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses as required to support business objectives What Sets You Apart: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA designation an asset 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis Solid understanding of financial consolidation in a multi-entity environment, including foreign exchange translation Experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems (e.G., Vena, Adaptive Insights) is an asset Strong knowledge of ERP systems; knowledge of SAP Business One an asset Experience with Power BI is an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in French Must be able to address multiple issues in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment, requiring effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and proactively improve processes What’s In it For You: Hybrid work model (3 days a week in office), supported by competitive benefits.
