Our client, a healthcare and administrative services provider, is seeking a Print Production Level 2 to join their team. As a Print Production Level 2, you will be part of the Service Delivery team supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

Deliver on-site facilities management services to end users, ensuring operational excellence and positive customer experience Serve as the first point of contact for PC and software-related issues Pre-configure Xerox desktop equipment and arrange delivery and setup Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of Xerox equipment and supplies Support printing operations, including troubleshooting and maintaining printing and finishing equipment

What's Needed?

Experience with printer setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and software Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely Willingness to learn and develop expertise in print production processes
