This role within CGMH's Security team is integral to maintaining a safe hospital atmosphere. Your tasks will include protecting the wellbeing of patients and staff, ensuring property security, and completing safety checks. The position operates on a part-time basis with 12-hour shifts, allowing for active engagement across various hospital areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safeguard the hospital's patients and personnel
• Ensure the integrity of hospital assets
• Execute routine system checks for safety




• Assist in various emergency situations
• Perform diverse duties as directed by supervisors
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Law and Security program
• Maintain a valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Preferred: Three years in healthcare security
• Preferred: Certification in Non-violent Crisis Intervention
• Uphold values of respect and professionalism daily
