Become a pivotal part of the Jewish Community Centre as a Senior Finance Director. This position focuses on fiscal strategy, team leadership, and community connection.In this role, you will manage the financial operations for both the Prosserman JCC and Schwartz/Reisman Centre. Your leadership will guide the finance team while ensuring accountability and compliance with financial regulations. Engage with senior management and the Board for strategic financial decision-making in line with our community’s values.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial and business operations of PJCC and SRC
Direct long-term planning, budgeting, and audits
Generate accurate financial reports per GAAP guidelines
Manage departmental accounting and cash flow oversight
Engage with external partners and stakeholdersRequirements:
Canadian C.A. or C.G.A. certification required
Minimum of 5 years in finance leadership roles
Non-profit experience advantageous
Proficient in financial software and Excel
