About The RoleReporting to the HSEQ Manager, the Health and Safety Coordinator works closely with operations and HSEQ teams to coordinate location-specific health and safety activities, maintain safety management systems, support regulatory compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture across the Timmins and Penhorwood operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support health and safety programs, systems, and compliance requirements across the Timmins and Penhorwood operationsMaintain safety records, reporting processes, and related documentation to support regulatory and operational requirementsSupport incident reporting, investigations, audits, safety communications, and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate health and safety training, employee indoctrination, contractor safety requirements, and related site initiativesWork collaboratively with operations, employees, contractors, and HSEQ leadership to promote safe work practices and a proactive safety cultureQualifications & ExperienceCRST certification, or working toward this designationGood working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, mining regulations, and industrial regulationsExperience in open pit mining operations is considered an asset1–3 years of experience in an industrial or mining environmentSkills & AttributesStrong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate safety management systems and administrative requirementsEffective communication,
