As an Aquatics Swim Instructor at Life Time, you will help enhance swimming skills for both children and adults. Maintain an organized pool area while delivering exceptional swim instruction.
This instructor role involves teaching swimming lessons tailored to different age groups and abilities. You will respond to member needs, promote product offerings, and ensure the Aquatics Facilities are clean and welcoming. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping safe swimming experiences for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Address member questions and concerns effectively
• Keep the pool area secure and well-maintained
• Promote and sell Aquatics programs and services
Requirements:
• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to complete Life Time courses post-hire
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters continuously
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid required
• Coaching or swim lesson experience preferred
