Swiss Chalet in Wasaga Beach is looking to hire a Dishwasher to join their kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and other areas as required
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and food preparation tasks as needed
Properly handle and dispose of garbage and recycling
Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
Work cooperatively with kitchen and restaurant staff
Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the shift

Qualifications




Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Able to work as part of a team
Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
