You will perform surface prep, select materials, apply painted finishes, conduct minor repairs and preventive maintenance to keep residents comfortable and satisfied.
The role is on-site with occasional shop attendance; a company-provided vehicle and monthly reimbursement via a dedicated mobile app support daily field work.
