Instrumentation Technicians - 7/7 - Charter Flights + Camp - Fort McMurray, AB

DCM is seeking Instrumentation Technicians for their operations in Fort McMurray, Alberta. These professionals will work on a 7/7 rotation, supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated and control systems in an industrial setting. The ideal candidates are Red Seal or Journeyman certified, safety-focused, and experienced with process instrumentation and analyzers. This is an prospect to join a leading company in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Need

- Valid Red Seal or Journeyman Certificate (recognized in Alberta)
- Minimum training in electrical technology, ideally at college level, with industrial experience




- Experience in control and automation systems process instrumentation (PLC, operator interfaces, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, etc.)
- Analyzer experience required
- H2S Alive, WHMIS 2015, Fall Protection, Confined Space, ESTS (Electrical Safety Training System), and Valid First Aid with CPR ticket
- One of the following valid safety tickets: CSO, BSO, or CSTS-09
- Ability to lift and carry objects independently or as a team
- Ability to meet and maintain site access requirements

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Journeyman certificate (electricity)
- Experience with Delta V-DCS AMS, Field Bus, Triconex Safety System, Bentley Nevada Machine Monitoring, Fisher Valves, Flowserve Valves, Masonelean Valves, Rotork MOV’s
