FIL Delivery is searching for a Business Development Manager in Mississauga, ON, to enhance its beverage supply chain through strategic merchant partnerships. Thrive in a role focused on recent client acquisitions and operational excellence.

This full-time position requires you to drive the recent merchant acquisition cycle and maintain a comprehensive CRM system. You will engage with brewers and distillers, ensuring that the onboarding process is seamless and effective. Your contributions will focus on achieving defined revenue targets and operational success measures during the first 90 days of client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own the end-to-end recent merchant acquisition process • Maintain an updated and accurate CRM pipeline • Create pricing proposals based on governing rate card • Support current clients through initial onboarding phase • Attend trade events to engage with suppliers

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in business development • Proficient in consultative selling approaches • Capability to assess supply chains for competitive advantage • Strong adherence to CRM practices • English mandatory; French advantageous
