We are seeking two experienced Estimators: one with earthworks, civil, or building construction experience on industrial sites, and another with mechanical estimating expertise, particularly piping within oil & gas or industrial environments.

Responsibilities: Work within a dynamic and collaborative environment
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Identify project risks, opportunities, and pricing strategies
Assist with project scheduling and time-related cost analysis
Lead estimate closings and tender submissions
Support contract negotiations and post-tender activities
Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information
Successful candidates will have:



Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Possess 5+ years of estimating experience on projects exceeding $50M
Demonstrate experience with industrial, commercial, or heavy construction projects
Bring expertise in either earthworks/buildings or mechanical piping estimating
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents effectively
Utilize estimating software such as Timberline and On-Screen Takeoff
Apply strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract negotiations
Be eligible for or possess PQS or CET designation
