From assisting customers and technicians with the right parts to maintaining accurate inventory and supporting daily Parts Department operations, you’ll help deliver the level of service expected from the Audi brand.If you have automotive parts experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Assist customers and internal dealership teams in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts.* Pick and deliver parts to technicians efficiently to help keep Service Department operations moving.* Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and report any discrepancies to management.* Provide customers with accurate pricing, product information, and availability in person and over the phone.* Recommend related parts, accessories, and available specials based on customer needs.* Maintain accurate, organized, and well-stocked parts inventory.* Process returned or unused parts from the workshop and ensure items are properly returned to inventory.* Assist with inventory organization, stock management,
