Optima Living, in partnership with PICS Society, seeks a energetic Recreation Manager to lead resident wellness and engagement at the GNDV facility. You will design diverse programs, supervise the recreation team, and ensure person-centered care aligned with organizational values.
You will oversee budgeting, quality assurance, and partnerships with families, volunteers and community resources. A Class 4 license, CPR/First Aid, and experience in residential care are essential.
