Providence Care Community Programs in Kingston is seeking a Community Rehabilitation Counsellor to assess and develop personal and community living skills for clients in CBIS programs, under the direction of the Service Coordinator.
The CRC will participate in team-based assessments, plan and evaluate strategies for skill development, and support clients toward independence, safety, and meaningful activity. Related training and certifications are preferred.
