From first contact to signed contract, you’ll drive the growth of our service network — opening doors with property managers, realtors and commercial clients, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities across target markets
Building a steady pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and referrals
Booking and running discovery calls, site visits and client meetings
Preparing quotes, proposals and presentations tailored to each client's needs
Negotiating terms, closing deals and handing off cleanly to the operations team
Building long-term relationships with property managers, realtors and facility teams
Tracking market and competitor activity to sharpen our offer and pricing
Test and iterate on layouts to improve conversion
1–3+ years in B2B sales, business development or account management
Confident on the phone and in person — cold outreach doesn't scare you
Clear,



persuasive communication; additional languages are an asset
Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
Self-driven: you plan your week, own your numbers and follow up without reminders
Experience selling services (home services, trades, property management) is an asset
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally is an asset
