Role: Program Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Note: Need candidates with active PMP from PMI

We are seeking an experienced PMO skilled to support program/project management, budgeting, reporting, governance, and change management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint .

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project/program budgets , financial tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations .
- Develop high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel .
- Support program/project management , governance, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive and support change management activities, including communication and adoption.
- Track project KPIs, action items,



deliverables, and overall program progress.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide clear and effective stakeholder communication.
- Identify risks and issues and support mitigation and resolution activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong PMO / Program / Project Management experience.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting .
- Advanced Excel skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, data analysis.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Change Management and stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
