The One Tot Stop Day Care, with locations in Espanola and Massey, ensures a nurturing environment dedicated to meeting the unique needs of every child. Through play-based learning, we foster children’s development across all key domains including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, language, and early literacy skills – cultivating a lifelong love of learning.

Our custodian will ensure that the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, indirectly supporting the health and comfort of children and staff.

Responsibilities:
Cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, play areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain hygiene standards.
Emptying trash, vacuuming, and mopping floors,



washing windows and mirorrs, and ensuring that furniture and equipment are secure and in valuable condition.

Qualifications:
Experience is an asset, but not required
WHMIS
Knowledge of MSDS sheets
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
18 years of age and older
Able to work alone
Able to problem solve

Work will take place weekday evenings between 5:30pm to 9:30 pm. Successful applicants will be required to have a current Vulnerable Sector Check. While they do not provide direct childcare, their role is essential for creating a hygienic and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
